The director Rachel Gilbert has lied to us, treated my mother badly because she made the decision to move back home after the way they were treated during Covid and then they were going up on their rent. My mother’s handicap parking pass was “lost” by Rachel after she wouldn’t let my mom go and get it renewed. She insisted she would take care of it. Mom never got it.
