Your staff caring for our loved one Robin and Nadine especially are awesome. However the new executive director has a lot to learn. Reducing staff causes issues and injuries. Please try and retain the dedicated team you have caring for my family member.
The caregivers are kind, attentive and responsive to the residents and their families. They perform admirably given the ratio of caregivers to residents. I visit every other day and have observed many residents and caregivers. Nadine, Robin, Soumia Betty, Ethel, Sherrile and Marie are very good.
Stopped by for the facilities remodeling happy hour and was amazed by what I say. Staff is very wonderful takes a lot of pride in what they are doing here. Must see place to stop by and see about getting your loved one in place.
