If a 0 was an option it would be my choice. They do not do what they say or promise you and their staff steals the patients property. The management was dishonest and uncaring. It's bad when an EMT calls you at 3:00 am and says get your mighty the H out of here they are not caring for her. They left her sitting the first day bed bound in the dark and nothing to eat all day. Everything promised up front totally unfulfilled. Told first month being July would be half off in honor of veterans was not. Asked administration about this she scoffed and stated said sounds like a whole lot of he said she said to me turned her back & walked off. Administrator couldn’t say much money would be debited the first month after taking a blank check to make a copy of it.
